Onion Weed!

We went to Willow banks to harvest some whole onion weed in the morning sun. The dew was still on them and the soil was soft so I didn’t need something to dig the roots out.
At home I made delicious ‘Mac & cheese’ with Onion weed. You will find the recipe in my up coming “cooking corner” 
Even when we celebrate autumn in New Zealand I got the taste of spring!
